Bartending Agreement: Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bartend Long Island! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking our bartending services. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or text upon receipt of the required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion if deemed necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward the event total.
The remaining balance is due in full no later than 2 days before the event. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services without a refund.
Payment options may vary by service, and all payments are to be made in USD.
3. Service Conduct
Our bartenders are professionally trained and expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe work environment for our bartenders.
Any misconduct, harassment, violence, or unsafe conditions may result in immediate cessation of services with no refund.
Bartenders will not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
4. Client Responsibilities
Venue & Setup:
- Providing a suitable bartending space with adequate lighting, shelter, and necessary amenities.
- Ensuring running water, waste disposal, and electricity access if required for the service.
Beverage & Supply Options:
- Bartend Long Island LLC does not provide alcohol due to New York State laws and regulations on offsite liquor service.
- We can provide a customized shopping list for your event based on the confirmed cocktail menu.
- We offer various bartending packages, which may include mixers, garnishes, ice, and serving ware. Clients may choose a package or provide their own.
5. Equipment & Rental Terms
Clients assume responsibility for any rental bars, glassware, dispensers, or equipment provided by Bartend Long Island LLC during the event.
Any loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment during the event is the client’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are issued based on the following criteria:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.
In cases of severe weather, venue closures, or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
7. Changes to Booking
Any requests to change event details (time, date, venue, guest count, etc.) must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests made within 7 days of the event cannot be guaranteed.
8. Liability & Indemnification
Bartend Long Island LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or legal claims arising from the consumption of alcohol at your event.
By booking our services, clients assume full responsibility for the actions of guests and attendees.
Bartend Long Island LLC and its contractors reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for intoxication, underage drinking, or disorderly behavior.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bartend Long Island LLC, its employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from event activities.
9. Force Majeure
Bartend Long Island LLC is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or inability to perform services due to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government regulations, acts of God, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
