Bartending Agreement: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bartend Long Island! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking our bartending services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once the deposit payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward the event quote balance. Payment options may vary by service, and all payments are to be made in USD.

3. Service Conduct

Our bartenders are professional and trained to ensure your event runs smoothly. Clients are expected to provide a safe environment for our staff. Any misconduct or unsafe conditions may result in immediate cessation of services with no refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding their event type. Clients must also provide a suitable space for bartending, including necessary amenities such as lighting and shelter if applicable.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are issued based on the following criteria:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method, minus any processing fees. In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss any such situations.

6. Changes to Booking

Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 7 days before the event date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
