Setting up the bar correctly is the first step toward a smooth event. At Bartend Long Island, we use a consistent setup so every bartender knows where everything goes.

Steps to follow:

1. Arrive1 hour early.
2. Assemble the portable bar and place it where the client prefers (with access to power if needed).
3. Position cooler(s), dump sink, garbage, and garnish trays.
4. Line up bottles and mixers for speed service.
5. Do a quick “guest view” check. Walk around to the front and ensure the bar looks clean, inviting, and has a good aesthetic.
