Who We Are

Sean Krueger, Founder & Lead Mixologist at Bartend Long Island

Sean Krueger founded Bartend Long Island as both an event bartending service and an educational space for cocktail enthusiasts. With over a decade behind the bar and hundreds of private events served, Sean brings professional technique and host-friendly style to every recipe we publish.

“Every drink you find here is personally developed or verified by Sean, whether it’s a simple holiday sip or a full-scale batch punch for 100 guests.”

How Our Recipes Are Developed & Reviewed

1
Concept & Structure: Each cocktail begins with a seasonal idea, a spirit base, or event-inspired theme.
2
Testing & Tasting: Recipes are mixed in real-life settings (private events or home bars) to confirm flavor, flow & presentation.
3
Photography & Media: Quality images accompany every recipe, taken or supervised by Sean so the drink looks as good as it tastes.
4
Review & Editing: All content is reviewed for accuracy, logic and homeowner-friendly clarity before publishing.
5
Publication & Update: Each recipe shows a “Last Updated” date. Seasonal drinks are audited yearly to reflect ingredient availability and trends.

Editorial Guidelines

We do not accept payment for editorial coverage. Any sponsored content is clearly identified. Our approach: content created by real bartenders & hosts at real events, which have been tested, photographed, and refined for you.

We create authentic content for recipes & how-to guides. Where everything is written, tested and edited by humans with real event and bartending experience.

Your input keeps us sharp. If you have questions about a recipe, ingredient substitution, or event bar setup, email us at [email protected]. Comments on our articles are moderated to keep the conversation helpful and respectful.

Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure

From time to time we link to trusted barware, brands or ingredients we personally use. Some of these links may be affiliate links and I apologize for that, but I hope you consider the content worth the value of supporting me in this small way. That said, we only recommend items that I’ve used or researched enough to feel confident putting my name behind it.
